Dr. Paula Simons

Paula Simons is an Emergency and Care Resident in her final year of residency. She grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she lived for a long time before moving to Canada for veterinary school and internship. She relocated to the United States for residency and is very close to finishing her program. She is passionate about patient care and client communication. Client education is one of her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine which is why she is also so fond of writing. Her special interests include pain management, trauma, and nutrition. She lives with her two kitty best friends Moo and Kal.
